Galería La Curtiembre
La Curtiembre is an innovative gallery of arts and crafts that redefines the way art, design, and architecture merge with trades. It consists of a 600 m² space, highly attractive for its aesthetics and lighting, ideal for photo shoots or video recordings.
Plaza Interior
The interior plaza is a recreational area located in the heart of Persa Víctor Manuel, where cultural and leisure activities take place. It is an open space for rest, music, art, and cultural events, and is also available for hosting special events.
Galpón 5
Galpón 5 is located inside Persa Víctor Manuel and measures approximately 600 m². It mainly hosts craft fairs, bazaars, workshops, cultural and corporate events. A highlight is its striking mural by renowned artist Pablo Benzo, which enhances this spacious and attractive venue for events.
Mural “Composición 11”
On the second level of Persa Víctor Manuel is the mural “Composición 11” by artist Simón De Madera, painted above the old tanning pits of La Curtiembre where leather was once worked. This site is an ideal location for recordings or photo shoots.
Sky Persa – Mural “Borde Sur”
El Mural “Borde Sur” se encuentra en la azotea del
Persa Víctor Manuel (llamada popularmente “Sky Persa”). Mide 500 mts2 y la obra que está en suelo fue realizada por Nelson Rivas, más conocido como “Cekis”. “Borde Sur” hace referencia a la importancia del Sur en la construcción de nuevos imaginarios urbanos y culturales. Este es un espacio sin duda diferente, atípico, que posee una vista privilegiada del sector sur de Santiago.

An approximately 625 m² unoccupied space, featuring the characteristic Persa style in both construction and aesthetics. Perfect for recordings and photo shoots.
Shed 2
Galpón 2 is a space where, on weekends and holidays, vendors offer a variety of products such as antiques, textiles, second-hand goods, and books. In its central area, the 2021 “Feria Impresionante” was held, where exhibitors showcased their products along a large display table. Textile fairs have also taken place here. It is an optimal venue for fairs and exhibitions.
